About us

WillsWay Collective Ltd is a UK-registered digital services and business project management company. The "Collective" refers to the trading names under this roof — WillsWay and Zenlabra — not a large staff. It's run directly by its founder, Will Young, with the same standards and the same point of contact throughout.

We handle the full picture: infrastructure, operations, client management, and project delivery. Everything runs through centralised systems and consistent workflows, which means nothing falls through the cracks and every client gets a consistent, accountable service.

Our web hosting and maintenance services are delivered under our trading name, Zenlabra — a dedicated hosting environment built from the ground up with uptime, security, and reliability at its core.

Alongside the digital services work, the company also acts as a small independent publisher. Our first title is a memoir by the company's founder, and there's a bit more about that below.

We're based in the UK, registered in England and Wales, and built for clients who want a professional partner they can actually reach.

A small publishing arm

As well as the digital services side of the business, WillsWay Collective Ltd publishes under its own name. It's a deliberately small operation — one title at a time, produced properly rather than quickly.

Our first book is I'll Be Escalating This, a memoir by the company's founder, Will Young, writing as BigDopeyWill. It's a working-class British account of complaints, customer service and the everyday absurdity of getting things sorted — funnier than that description makes it sound.
