What we publish
We are not a large press and have no ambition to become one. The publishing arm exists so that work the company believes in can be produced, printed and distributed on its own terms, without handing over editorial control. In practice that means a narrow list, a long lead time, and a founder who reads every page.
We are not currently open to unsolicited submissions. If that changes, it will be announced here first.
Current title
The book is at the last stage before release. A final proof copy has been ordered and is pending delivery — that copy gets read cover to cover, and once it's signed off the title goes on sale. There is nothing else outstanding, so release is a matter of weeks rather than months: very soon, subject to the proof.

About the book
I'll Be Escalating This is a memoir told through the complaints its author has made — the refunds chased, the tickets raised, the phone queues survived. The complaints are the thread rather than the point. Underneath them is an account of an ordinary British working life: the jobs, the pubs, the family, and the particular national talent for being extremely annoyed while remaining extremely polite.
It is written by Will Young, founder and sole director of WillsWay Collective Ltd, under the name he writes as, BigDopeyWill. Thirteen years of IT support work turn out to be reasonable training for a book about customer service.
